How to use Air Plus

If year-round respiratory allergies are experienced, use Air Plus and or Air Plus Herbal Tea as needed.  If you experience seasonal allergies, begin taking Air Plus just before and throughout the allergy season to reduce or prevent allergic reactions to airborne allergens and respiratory disorders.

Children 6 months - 6 years:  Use Air Plus Herbal Tea, diluted x3 until 3 years old as needed.  3-6 years, dilute herbal tea half and half, once or twice daily or as needed.

Children 6 - 12 years:  One to two capsules twice daily or as needed and or Air Plus Herbal Tea as needed.

Adults and Children over 12:  One to four capsules twice daily or as needed and or Air Plus Herbal Tea as needed.
